Senior Instructor - adult education (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge West Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
