Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Summit Bright Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
