Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Highbridge Wren Health runs clinics and patient services around Reno, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
