Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
