Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Harborlight Pike Auto Group is a Jackson company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
