Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Cedar Amber Medical designs and makes medical devices in Atlanta, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
