Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bright Linden Health Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
