Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
