Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Fernwood Pike Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 248 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
