Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Rivermark Field Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 654 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
