Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Nova Willow Medical is a Philadelphia company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
