Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Redstone Fern Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Charlotte, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
