Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
