Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Health and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
