Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova River Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
