Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Westbrook Amber Medical is a St. Louis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
