Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Rivermark Granite Staffing places workers with employers around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
