Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Rivermark West Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
