Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
