Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Ironwood Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
