Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Analytics is a healthcare provider in Kansas City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
