Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Learning Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
