Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Ironwood Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
