Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Lumen West Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
