Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
