Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Tucson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
