Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Nova Keystone Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Richmond, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 747 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
