Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Seattle, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
