Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Silverline Vale Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
