Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Vista Staffing Group is a Las Vegas staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
