Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Auto Group is a Jackson company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
