Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Health Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
