Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Iron Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
