Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cobalt Medical Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
