Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Holdings builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Austin, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
