Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Stonegate Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
