Senior Instructor - adult education (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
