Senior Instructor - adult education (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cedar Health and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 654 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
