Senior Instructor - adult education (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Glen Care Services provides in-home and community support in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
