Senior Instructor - adult education (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Associates is a Philadelphia company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
