Senior Instructor - adult education (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Orlando, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
