Senior Instructor - adult education (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Wren Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
