Senior Instructor - adult education (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
