Senior Instructor - adult education (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
