Senior Instructor - adult education (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate River Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
