Senior Instructor - adult education (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in certifications. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
