Senior Instructor - adult education (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Timber Auto Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
