Senior Instructor - adult education (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
