Senior Instructor - adult education (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
