Senior Instructor - adult education (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood West Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 315 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
